Sam’s Bible Journal Nov. 26- Dec. 2

S – Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation, the spirit indeed is willing but the flesh is weak.

O – Jesus teaches us that to overcome temptation we must watch and pray! He says we can not overcome temptation any other way. He says the key is to activate our spirit which is always ready to give us the way out of every temptation. And we do this when we watch, which means we pay attention to stay far away from the things that will tempt us and we pray, we ask our Father to lead us away from every temptation.

A – I will watch and pray over my life to keep myself from temptations

P- Father God I pray today that you lead me away from all temptations, I ask you Holy Spirit to lead and guide me into all truth about people, places and things that might cause me to be tempted.I say arise my spirit and partner with Holy Spirit today. And I declare Lord Jesus, I trust in you and I praise you for the victory each day!
