S is for Scripture:

Psalm 91: 9-16

If you make the Lord your refuge,
If you make the Most High your shelter,
No evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.

The Lord says I will rescue those who love me.
I will protect those who trust in my name
When they call on me, I will answer
I will be with them in trouble
I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.

O is for Observation

If I trust the Lord, He will protect me. He will give me salvation.

A is for Application

If I trust the Lord, then He will protect me

P is for Prayer

Lord, please help me trust in you through all of life’s circumstances.
Thank you for protecting me.
Thank you for eternal life, your salvation.
