Jason’s Bible Journal Mar 5-11

Deuteronomy 1:2 NIV

 (It takes eleven days to go from Horeb to Kadesh Barnea by the Mount Seir road.)

It took the Israelites a week and 4 days to travel to Kadesh and they were complaining after they left, as
we see deeper in the chapter. What I saw in Deuteronomy is that we should not go against what God has
planned for us even though we don’t see the outcome right away. It may take 11 days or 11 years. God
wants us to follow him and not go on our own understanding. Remember our father knows what’s best
for his children I encourage everyone to talk to Him about everything that’s going on in your life

Father,
I pray that I seek your direction and wisdom no matter how long it takes because your timing is perfect
and your ways are higher than mine and I want to trust in every part of my life with you.
