Scripture – Exodus 33:18-19 Moses said please show me your glory and He said I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name “The Lord” and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious and will show mercy on whom I show mercy.
Observation – God’s presence is beyond measure and is waiting for us to say what Moses said, Lord show me your glory! God’s glory is so perfect and pure Moses could only see God from behind. But because of the work of Jesus, we have the same privilege now that only a very few had in the time of Moses and more! And we must remember that as God answers Moses, he describes the unlimited dimensions of his presence that await us to encounter as believers. God says when my presence comes to you I will create for you something special for you to experience of me because of how much I love you! So don’t just soak in my presence, seek me in my presence. Seek my goodness, my name, my grace, my mercy when my presence falls on you! When we do this God will show us his Glory!
Application – As I cry out for more of God personally and His manifest presence falls on me I will seek something new of his Glory he wants to show me!
Prayer – Father God, I acknowledge I need more of you , every day, every moment and I pray you fall fresh on me today. I pray that you Lord show me your Glory, Let me encounter more of your goodness, more of your grace, more of your mercy and more of your name!
In Jesus Name
Amen
